Enquiry submissions are stored securely in our cloud database (Google Firebase / Firestore) and notification emails are processed through our email service provider (Resend). Newsletter subscriptions may be processed through our customer relationship and marketing systems.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, storing data, sending emails, or managing marketing communications. These providers are required to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and only for the purposes we authorise.
